Abstract
A multi-scale micro-mechanical model for anickel-base superalloy is presented. The modeltakes into account the multiphase character ofthe material and is thus able to predict the effectof microstructure morphology on themacroscopic material response. The model isimplemented in a commercial finite elementcode. The capabilities of the model aredemonstrated.
