Abstract

Abstract: The review considers the сatalytic reactions occurring by the “hydrocarbon pool” mechanism on zeolite catalysts. The main analytical techniques that allow characterization of changes in the catalyst structure and identification of the key intermediates during the catalytic process have been analyzed. The applicability and limitations of using various methods were highlighted. Promising directions in the field of hydrocarbon pool reactions were discussed.
