Abstract
The magnetic behavior of the title compounds was investigated by neutron diffraction and magnetization measurements. A large magnetic disorder perpendicular to the chains was found, both in the antiferromagnetic and in the field-induced ferrimagnetic phase, whereas pronounced non-exponential relaxation effects were observed at low temperatures. The data could be partly explained by a Monte Carlo simulation.
