Abstract

Knowledge of local monomer concns. in the case of heterogeneous polymns. is important, since these local concns. det. the kinetics of the reactions. Two techniques to det. the local concns. are reported. The first technique makes use of the well known pulsed initiation method, which is frequently used nowadays for the exptl. detn. of the propagation rate const. (kp). The second technique is applied for the detn. of monomer concns. in vesicle bilayer structures. [on SciFinder (R)]
