Abstract

KidzFrame is an innovative system that connects working parents with their children at daycare centers. This paper reports the findings of three focus groups and a twoweek long field study of the system. As conclusions of our study we offer six guidelines that are of direct salience for designers of pervasive computing services wanting to address the communication needs of daycare centers, parents and their children.
