Abstract

A few possibilities are discussed in which isotachophoresis can be used by workers more concerned with applications than with a detailed interpretation of the results. Analyses are shown of enzymatic reactions and of fruit juices. Some operational systems that can be used in isotachophoretic experiments are outlined, and the combination of high-resolution conductometric and UV detection is considered.
