Abstract

BIM, BMS and BIM data usually remain siloed and cannot be easily exchanged to perform cross-system analyses in buildings. Integrating these heterogeneous data sources provides ample opportunities to improve building performance. This study presents a methodology for integrating sensor data with a BIM model using Semantic Web technologies and open data models.
