Abstract

The awareness of responsibility for information security risk prevention and the value principle of algorithm law are two special practical philosophical issues in the research and development of autonomous vehicles. The research and development of autonomous vehicles should pay attention to the moral responsibility of information security risk prevention. The improvement of technology and algorithm law can prevent the information security risks of autonomous vehicles to a certain extent at the technical level, but the algorithm law itself has inherent value problems. Which driving mode to choose, whose safety and whose value is the priority, are all problems that the algorithm must face. No harm, self-protection, and minimum harm are the three value principles of the algorithm law of autonomous vehicles.
