Abstract

The potential use of polyethylcyanoacrylate as a carrier for the antituberculosis agent capreomycin sulfate was demonstrated. In vitro studies addressed the release of capreomycin sulfate from polyethylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles and degrdn. of the polymer.
