Abstract
The development of an accurate low-cost humidity sensor to assess the effect of tropospheric turbulence on radio and infrared scintillations is described. The electronic circuitry is based on a recently published linearizing circuit whose performance is independent of fluctuations in the ambient temperature. Results for the sensor are also presented.
