Abstract

A new detection system for anal. isotachophoresis, the cond. detector, is described. This detector excels in its high resolving power, by means of which the time required for anal. is reduced enormously and the detectable amt. of sample is decreased by a factor of >=10. A possible explanation is given for most artifacts that are connected with this method of detection. [on SciFinder (R)]
