Abstract

A fully automated Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) instrument has been developed, using a UV- and/or Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) detector and a hydrodynamic or electrokinetic injection system. A compter program has been developed which controls the instrument and performs data-acquisition and analysis. Both the instrument and the computer program have been tested on their performance and reproducibility.
