Abstract

AMOLED backplanes were fabricated on both rigid glass and flexible plastic substrates using a solution processed oxide semiconductor processed at temperatures 2/Vs. The backplanes were integrated onto a thin film moisture barrier and QQVGA AMOLED displays were successfully fabricated.
