Dynamic multi-path WDM routing in a monolithically integrated 8x8 cross-connect

Abstract

We demonstrate for the first time WDM multi-path routing through a monolithically integrated 8x8 cross-connect. Sixteen WDM data channels are dynamically routed from four inputs with excellent OSNR of 27.0-31.1 dB and nanosecond switch time.
