N2 - We have studied diamagnetic effects in structures with different numbers of coupled delta doped layers. We find that in structures containing only a few coupled doping layer the diamagnetic depopulation of subbands dominates whereas in structures with a large number of coupled doping layers the normal Shubnikov–de Haas effect dominates.
