Abstract

For static visualisation of density distributions in supersonic expansion flows with condensation, a double exposure holographic interferometer set-up has been implemented. For automatic processing and evaluation, a system to acquire interferograms by a computer has been implemented. The density distribution can be extracted from a single interferogram by an autoregressive-modelling algorithm which has been implemented in the application visualisation software AVS.
