    Abstract

Cooperative-Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) is a field that has seen tremendous progress recently. Together with cooperative
systems, such as traffic management systems, traffic light controllers, roadside signals and connected vehicle on-board units,
C-ITS has provided benefits by increasing energy efficiency and safety for specific transport modes. However, implementations of
C-ITS have been deployed independently from each other and to specify different goals, stakeholders or settings. To solve this, the
C-MobILE project was begun to stimulate and push existing and new C-ITS deployment sites towards large-scale real-life C-ITS
deployments across Europe that can work with each other. This report describes a project that involved designing the C-ITS system
architecture that can be used for large-scale deployment across Europe. Additionally, this report describes a design, development
and testing for the services chosen by the North Brabant region together with test cases for the same.
