Abstract

In this article, the handling of copy-editing of the paper, notation was changed. Upon request of the authors, these changes were undone in the final version of the paper. Unfortunately, this correction has not been implemented consistently. In particular, the notation for vectors, which should consistently be (Formula presented.) for a vector in C^q for some integer q, was not changed back in several occasions. We now list these occasions.
