    Abstract

    This report is one of the deliverables of the project "Configurable 3D Rotational X-ray Reconstruction", carried out by the author as the final part of the Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDEng) degree program in Software Technology provided by Eindhoven University of Technology and Stan Ackermans Institute. The target audience of this project is a technical audience with a basic notion of modern software design and acquaintance with medical imaging applications. This report documents the entire software development process from gathering the requirements throughout designing and implementing to releasing the prototypes of the project. Its main purpose serves as a proof of the successful execution of the project to configure and provide required tools for 3D Rotational X-ray Reconstruction. The project was proposed by and performed at Philips Healthcare starting from January till September 2012.
