Abstract

This paper clarifies the need for studying service triads. As organisations increasingly outsource service delivery to specialist providers, service triads become more and more abundant. The paper reviews existing literature on service procurement and triads to come up with a research framework to guide service triad research. We conclude that research on triads is much needed and invite interested researchers to join us. Keywords: Business services, service triads, research model
