Abstract
An integrated-optics RF multi-beamformer network was designed, fabricated, and characterized. The beamforming chip demonstrates a wide 6 GHz delay bandwidth in the K-band, and can tune multiple RF beams independently of each other, over an angular scanning range of 90 degrees.
