Abstract

Establishing entire high-throughput experimentation workflows is a prerequisite for the success of combinatorial materials and polymer research. Here we present the automated parallel metal-induced polymn. of terpyridine-bisfunctionalized poly(ethylene oxide) using different metal salts. The conversion to linear coordination polymers was screened utilizing a fast UV/Vis plate reader and IR spectroscopy. The mol. wts. of the obtained polymers were estd. on the basis of viscosity measurements with respect to the used metal and counter ions
