Abstract

This report describes how several CVT concepts were evaluated based on parameters such cost, fuel consumption, drivability, performance and sizing. The first part of the report describes the context of the project and analyzes the problem in greater detail. After the problem analysis, the requirements elicitation is described using which specifications for these concepts are determined. The methodology used in the project is then described. After this a brief description of how these concepts were realized at the simulation level was given and then the results obtained from the analysis are discussed. The report closes of with the description of the project management and then concludes with insights and recommendations.
