Abstract

For current anisole blends (Blend #2~Blend #5), the engine cannot operate at the low loads point (n=1200r/min, IMEP=2.6 bar) due to their lower CN. ¿ Compare with the blends of DnBE and 2-MTHF), anisole blends lead to higher efficiency with a bit increasing of PM emission, while they bring higher HC and CO emission. ¿ The ignition quality has been improved in an anisole blend by adding DnBE , in which the PM emissions are also deceased, especially in higher loads points.
