A study of Huijgens' synchronization : experimental results

Abstract

The paper presents experimental results aimed at better understanding of the Huygens’ phenomenon. The experimental setup consists of two metronomes attached to a bar that can move horizontally. Different types of oscillations that can be observed during the experiments are discussed.
