Abstract

This paper describes the design approach of a twoweekworkshop on cultural heritage, resulting in an interactivelighting installation to reveal cultural insights on groupdynamics. The paper illustrates the use of designed interactiveexperiences to unravel cultural subtleties and the use of newtechnologies to support the design and observation of theseexperiences, developed by one of the three project teamsparticipating in this workshop. This design approach supportsour conclusion that the diversity of perspectives in the creation ofdepth is an essential issue when revealing cultural heritage.Keywords-cultural research; interdisciplinary; multi-cultural
