Abstract

We have observed B⁰-B⁰ mixing in Z⁰→bb decays using hadronic events containing dileptons. The data sample corresponds to 118 200 hadron events at √s≈M_z. From a fit to the dilepton p and p_⊥ spectra, we determine the mixing parameter to be χ_B=0.178_-0.040 ^+0.049.
