Netspar industry research: Using big data to develop best senior living concepts

Living independently until old age is becoming the norm. To facilitate this, insight into the housing needs of the seniors is necessary. In this study, we illustrate how architects and engineers can leverage big data to figure out and exploit the living preferences of the elderly. The quantitative insights are translated into attractive living concepts that meet various financial, geographical and other conditions.
