The program committee of the 47th International Workshop on Graph-Theoretic Concepts in Computer Science (WG 2021) selected the paper ''Preprocessing to Reduce the Search Space: Antler Structures for Feedback Vertex Set'', co-authored by Huib T. Donkers and Bart M.P. Jansen, as the winner of both the Best Paper Award and the Best Student Paper Award. The award was sponsored by Springer.
