Zuan Khalik is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the Control Systems Group in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology. His research is in the field of battery management and control, under supervision of Tijs Donkers and Henk Jan Bergveld in the AutoDrive project. His focus is mainly optimal (ageing-aware) charging of batteries.

Academic background

Zuan Khalik received his BSc degree in Electrical Engineering (Automotive) in 2015 and his MSc degree in Automotive Technology (cum laude) in 2017 from Eindhoven University of Technology. His MSc thesis was in the field of vehicle energy management entitled: "Vehicle Energy Management with Ecodriving: A Sequential Quadratic Programming Approach with Dual Decomposition" and was supervised by Tijs Donkers.
