Research profile

Dr. Ye Wang's research is focused on the synthesis and interfacial engineering of two-dimensional (2D) materials for CMOS chips and quantum technologies. Multiple awards have been received, including the CNRS C'Nano PhD Thesis Prize, Engineering Future Fellowship, and Faraday Institute Research Fellowship. More than 20 papers have been published in high-impact journals such as Nature, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, and JACS, and work has been presented at more than 10 international conferences. Peer review contributions have been made to ACS Nano, Nano Letters, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, npj 2D Materials and Applications, and eLight.
