Yanin Kasemsinsup is a PhD candidate of the Control Systems (CS) group in the department of Electrical Engineering, Eindhoven University of Technology. He is currently pursuing the research project concerning “Data-driven feedforward for wafer positioning” in collaboration with ASML, The Netherlands. He was born in 1987, Bangkok, Thailand and, in 2009, received his BEng (Cum laude) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Applied Communication Engineering major from Saxion University of Applied Science, Enschede, The Netherlands. In 2014, He obtained his MSc in Electrical Engineering with Control Systems specialization from Eindhoven University of Technology. His interests lie in the fields of signals and systems estimation, analysis and synthesis of observer systems and feedforward design for tracking performance.
