R.A.M. Gilsing, Msc. graduated in 2016 at the Eindhoven University of Technology on the topic of exploring how to create (strategic) alignment between research and development in product development organizations. Currently, he pursues a Ph.D. at the School of Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences in the Information Systems group. The topic of his Ph.D. research is focused on developing an approach to evaluate the feasibility of business models, grounded in and designed from a service-dominant perspective. Gilsing’s research interests lie in business models, specifically on establishing and evaluating business model feasibility and exploring how to improve or innovate these models.
