Richard Lazeron graduated in Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit) and has a position since 2007 in Kempenhaeghe Academic center for Epilepsy. He received his PhD in July 2006 on the subject ‘Functional and structural MRI in healthy persons and patients with Multiple Sclerosis’.
Since March 2017 he is researcher at the TU Eindhoven faculty of Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing System group.
His research theme is Clinical biometrics, especially concerning epileptic and psychogenic non epileptic seizure detectionHis specialities and interest are in the field of epilepsy, psychogenic non epileptic seizures, seizure detection and e-health.
Richard Lazeron is member of the Dutch guidelines committee for epilepsy and member of the METC Maxima Medisch Centrum Veldhoven.
