Research profile
This PhD project is one of four PhD assignments that, together, form the Impulse II research program in collaboration with ASML. Rachel's research is focused on designing an optical metrology system to measure surface disturbances in 6 degrees of freedom. A solution within photonic integration is sought to reduce the size, the expense and the thermal dissipation that is often found in dense arrays of sensors.
