Research profile
SUN Qi worked as a PhD researcher at the Technology, Innovation and Society group. Her research project looked reflexively into the role of e-bike and explores its implications on sustainable mobility. This research project was part of a larger research program Bicycle Challenges: Past, Present, and Future of Sustainable Urban Mobility; which is a collaboration among NWO, Pon Holding, the Ministry of Infrastructure & Environment, Rijkswaterstaat, and Eindhoven University of Technology.
Originally from China, SUN Qi did her undergraduate studies in Beijing on geography and urban planning. She received Erasmus Mundus Scholarship for a joint master program on European Spatial Planning and Sustainability & Environmental Policy at Radboud University Nijmegen and Cardiff University. In 2016, she did a traineeship at the European Commission Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport.
