Patty C.P. Jansen, MSc, graduated in 2008 at Tilburg University where she did a Master in Organization Studies. After graduating she started to work as a marketing researcher at Interpolis, an insurance company. Since 2013 she joined the Human-Technology Interaction group at Eindhoven University of Technology as an external Ph.D candidate. In her Ph.D. project she researches risk prevention behavior (e.g. fire prevention), the psychological factors that underlie those behaviors and how to influence prevention behavior behaviors (e.g. with Virtual Reality).
