Research profile

Marko Merdzan was born in Karlovac, Croatia. In 2004 he enrolled Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. He received his MSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2009 from the Department of Power, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, section for Power Electronics and Electric Machines.

In 2012 he started his PhD research with Electromechanics and Power Electronics (EPE) group at Eindhoven University of Technology, where he has been involved in research related to high-speed permanent magnet machines. Starting from 2017, he holds the position of a University Lecturer within the EPE group.
