Maren Vos is currently working on her promotional research in Marketing. She works as an AiO at the ITEM department, where she supervises bachelor students and teaches research methods (qualitative and process mining) and multivariate statistics. She has a Bachelor's and cum laude Master's degree in communications sciences (Amsterdam, 2012 & 2013). Her research focuses on customization strategies in TI firms. She considers modularity and the solution space as key components of a firm's customization strategy and studies their effects on organizational performance. She also works as a researcher for the EU project DIVERSIFY, where she conducts market research in 5 countries.
