Academic background

Lyanne obtained her BSc in Biomedical Engineering at the TU/e in 2020. She then pursued a dual MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, which she completed in 2023. For her MSc thesis, she developed two types of coaxial cable antennas for 7T MRI: a short coax dipole, and a novel coax monopole antenna. Her thesis received the awarded ‘best MSc thesis’ at the TU/e academic awards 2024.
