Academic background

Luuk van Iperen studied at Radboud University where he obtained his Master of Science degree in Work, Organisational and Health Psychology (2017). His thesis concerned the role of affect and rumination in determining sleep quality of elite soccer players after competition, training, and resting days. His PhD research project focusses on redesigning work and organisational psychology models to sport context, to better understand and to influence the mental processes and activities that cause injury, notably in long-distance runners.
