In order to mitigate the global warming problem, I am inspired to develop new technology to capture CO2 from power plant flue gas.

As a Doctoral Candidate in Chemical Process Intensification group, Kun Xin focuses on reducing the post-combustion CO2 capture cost by integrating gas absorption with membrane technology. Both experimental and modeling efforts are adopted throughout the reasearch.
