Ketan Ashok Ganar is a postdoctoral researcher in the Processing and Performance group at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and a guest researcher in the Bio-based Chemistry and Technology group at Wageningen University and Research (WUR). With a background in physical chemistry and soft matter, he aims to fundamentally understand the interfacial properties of oleosin protein stablized plant-based oil droplets, also known as oleosomes, and further explore the potential of oleosomes in controlled delivery of lipophilic drug molecules.
