Joni Driessen is a PhD Student at the department of Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences. He received a BSc in Operations Management and Management Science, and a MSc in Operations Management and Logistics from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Under the supervision of Geert-Jan van Houtum and Joachim Arts, his current research focuses on the interaction between (re)design decisions and service logistics
