Jesús J. del Pozo Mellado studied physics at the University of Granada (Spain). His Phd focused on current fluctuations on non-equilibrium transport phenomena. After a postdoc in Boston, he returned to the University of Granada to work on atomic mass measurements using ion traps. After that, he worked as a postdoc measuring infrared spectra of molecular intermediate ions present in catalytic chemical reactions. He finally arrived at the Coherence and Quantum Technology group at Eindhoven Technical University, where he works building a full-stack Quantum Computer.
