Ilja van Oort is an Education/Research Officer at the Control Systems Group in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). He is working on the SYSDYNET project under supervision of Paul Van den Hof, in which he supports the development of a MATLAB Toolbox for data-driven modelling in dynamic networks.
Academic background
Ilja van Oort obtained his MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering (Cum Laude) from the Eindhoven University of Technology in 2022. His MSc thesis, entitled “Data-driven blood glucose dynamics identification from free-living diabetes patient data” was supervised by Natal van Riel. Finishing up his MSc degree, he worked for three months at the Institute of Computational Biology at Helmholtz Munich.
