Academic background
Hoang received the M.Sc. degree in Systems and Control from the Eindhoven University of Technology in 2022. His M.Sc. thesis was titled ‘Model-based Feedback Control of Planar Slender Soft Robots and Grasps’. He is now a Ph.D. candidate in the Control Systems Technology group of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at TU/e on the topic "projection-based control" – the project “PROACTHIS”. His current research interests include analysis and design of nonlinear/hybrid (control) systems, energy-based control.
