Harm Weerts was born in Bergen (L), The Netherlands in 1989. In 2010 he received his bachelor degree in Elektrotechniek at Fontys Hogeschool Techniek en Logistiek, Venlo, The Netherlands. After a pre-master year at TU/e he started his Systems & Control master at TU/e in 2011. His master thesis was titled "Topology Detection in Dynamic Networks" which was completed under supervision of prof. Paul Van den Hof in 2014.
