Hami was born in Kerman, Iran. He graduated in Master’s degree with a major in Communications Systems from K. N. T University of Technology (KNTU) in 2018. The title of his thesis was “Physical layer impairment-aware optical networking”. His research focuses on Nonlinear channel modeling and detailed analysis of nonlinear interference noise in space division multiplexed fiber-optic transmission.
