Guanlian Xiao is a postdoc at Eindhoven University of Technology, in the OPAC group. She obtained a PhD degree in operations management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2016. She is interested in the application of operations research in the context of  healthcare scheduling and maintenance, to improve the utilization of key resources under uncertainty.
